Ephesians 5:1-21

We are often struck with a thought of “where did the time go?”

We all find ourselves in “times” or “seasons” of life. Regardless of where we are in life we are called to live and take advantage of the moments that we find ourselves living in.

Often times it is the mundane parts and times of life that are the most difficult to “redeem.”

2 Corinthians – Whenever we give, not of ourselves, for the glory of our Father we are “unto God as a sweet savor,” like a good aroma. We are always leaving an “odor” either of good or of bad.

Let your walk flow from goodness, from righteousness, from truth. Christ is the light of the world. Let us walk and move ahead doing the things that God has called us to do.

In thinking about and planning for the future don’t let yourself forget to be the kind of person that Christ would call you to be today. This hour. This minute.

May this thought be ever-present in our minds… “is the thing I am doing, or how I am approaching this upcoming thing being done in a redemptive manner?”
