We live in interesting times these days, the issues that our country and the world is facing require a lot of wisdom to get through.

Revelation 1:3 – There is a blessing for those who read this book. Regardless of how our week went, God is still on the throne and He is still in control.

There are two realms that are “in play” every day, there is the physical universe that we live in, but there are also the spiritual realities that many people don’t believe exists, but that we are aware of. Man was created a physical being, but we also share a part in the spiritual side. We are working with both realms in our lives.

When the separation came between the two realms, what was earth and what is heaven, man lost his ability to see God, but God didn’t lose his ability to see man. In many ways, Jesus was the “reopening” of the door between the two realms.

Revelation 4:1-11 – John tells us that the door was opened in heaven, this was a changing of the scene, a changing of direction. This was a door that man, or Adam, couldn’t open, but God can open it, and He did for John.

God spoke to different people throughout the Bible in different ways, Moses, Isaiah, Ezekiel, etc. In 1st Corinthians 12, we get a different picture, the door is open, “come here and I’ll show you some things.” A calling to God’s side.

We (and all men) live in full view of Heaven. When we look at the sky we should consider it a one-way mirror, God can see in, the angels can see in, but we can’t see into heaven from this side.

God is aware and engaged in what is going on on the earth. God is well aware. The separation between earth and heaven is not very great.

God can forgive sin, one thing that He will never allow in His kingdom is rebellion and insubordination. As we surrender to the one on the throne we become part of the every growing “thing” that God is doing on the earth.

Matthew 24:31 – There is a day coming, a day of complete unification. A trumpet will sound. The dead in Christ will rise first and we will meet Him in the air. So shall we be forever with the Lord.

Not all is well on earth. The Bible tells us that the last days of the earth will be a rough time.

Heaven was made for us to come into and enjoy. The devil’s work will end, God will prevail.
