Are you ready for Christmas?

Some of the ways that people celebrate Christmas…

How does God view Christmas?

The incarnation was God’s plan, not ours. Our text gives us Heaven’s perspective.

How does the incarnation affect me personally?

Christmas is about God mending something that has been broken; it’s called salvation.

With Emmanuel we can face the future. Only with Emmanuel can we “die right”. Simeon “died right.

For the Christian, even death can be a triumph.

How does my celebration affect my children?

They like shiny things and gifts. Make sure that through all the celebration they see Jesus.

So go ahead! Celebrate! Just make sure that we can see Christ through all the celebration.
