If you have a treasure you cherish it. You take care of it. It takes value over all things. This is the way a spouse is supposed to be treated, as a treasure, a cherished treasure.
Fathers first calling in leadership is spiritual. Not just to be a provider of physical things, but most importantly a provider in a spiritual sense for their wives and children.
